Single Engine Turbine (SET) Training
FOXY Plane is partnered with a UK Approved Training Organisation (GBR.ATO.0483). Able to offer training towards the Cessna Caravan and PAC 750XL SET Class Ratings.
With in-house Instructors and Examiners available to carry out Initial Class Rating Training, Skills Tests, Proficiency Checks and Renewals / Revalidations.
We train you on aircraft that our instructors operate day in – day out. So your training is without compromise and to the highest standards. Whether it is your first turbine aircraft or you have thousands of hours’ turbine experience we can cater our training to suit you.
Initial Single Engine Turbine (SET) Class Ratings
Initial training towards a Single Engine Turbine SET Class Rating takes place at one of our approved training locations. Training can take place on our aircraft or on your own aircraft as desired.
Training typically lasts around one week, with a balance of theory and practical training covering all aircraft systems and procedures. The final step is the Licence Skills Test which lasts around 1 hour.

Licence Proficiency Checks and Revalidations
Our in-house Examiners are able to provide LST & LPC for both UK and EASA Licence holders on the following classes/types.
- Single Engine Piston (SEP) using our Cessna 150 training aircraft.
- Cessna SET (PT6 Caravan, TPE331 Caravan, PT6 C206)
- PAC 750 XL SET
Our Examiners can travel to your location and conduct LPC Checks on your own aircraft. Contact us for further details.
